How to make a Absinthe Minded Martini Cocktail

| Bombay Sapphire Gin | 3 oz |
| Mari Mayans Absinthe | 1/2 oz |
| Grand Marnier Orange Liqueur | 1/2 oz |
| Dry Vermouth | |
| Orange Peel | 1 |
Preparation
Combine the Bombay Sapphire Gin and Mari Mayans Absinthe in a mixing glass, and stir.
In a Cocktail Glass, pour the Dry Vermouth. Strain the pre-mixed Gin and Absinthe into the Cocktail Glass and float the Grand Marnier Orange Liqueur over the top. Garnish with Orange Peel.
