How to make a Amaretto Sour #2 Cocktail

| Amaretto Almond Liqueur | 50 ml |
| Lemon Juice | 25 ml |
| Sugar Syrup | 25 ml |
| Angostura Bitters | 3 dashes |
| Pineapple Juice | 2 splashes |
Preparation
Combine Amaretto Almond Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup, Angostura Bitters and two splashes of Pineapple Juice in a Cocktail Shaker half filled with Ice. Shake well. Pour contents into an Ice filled Highball Glass.
