Preparation
Combine the Kahlua Especial Coffee Liqueur, Vodka, Bailey's Irish Cream and Milk in an Ice filled Blender, blend for fifteen seconds and add Chocolate Syrup, continue to blend until smooth. Pour contents into a Hurricane Glass.
