| Galliano Herbal Liqueur | 2 tsp |

| Heavy Cream | 2 ozwhipped |

Preparation
Combine Dark Rum, Bourbon Whiskey and Galliano Herbal Liqueur in an Irish Coffee Cup, float the cream on top. Garnish with grated chocolate shavings.
