How to make a Bossa Nova Cocktail

Dark Rum3/4 oz
Apricot Brandy1/4 oz
Galliano Herbal Liqueur1/4 oz
Pineapple Juice5 oz
Lemon Juice1/2 oz


Combine Dark Rum, Apricot Brandy, Galliano Herbal Liqueur, Pineapple Juice and Lemon juice in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well. Strain contents into an ice filled Hurricane Glass, garnish with a pineapple wedge.
