How to make a Calvados Cream Cocktail

| Calvados Brandy | 2 oz |
| Lemon Juice | 1/2 oz |
| Egg White | 1/2 oz |
| Double Cream | 1 oz |
| Pineapple Syrup | 1 tsp |
Preparation
Combine Calvados Brandy, Lemon Juice, Egg White, Double Cream and Pineapple Syrup in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well. Strain contents into a Cocktail Glass.
