How to make a Candida Cocktail

Anisette Liqueur1 oz
Whipped Cream1 oz
Egg White1/2 oz


Combine Cognac, Anisette, Whipping Cream and Egg White in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well. Strain contents into a crushed ice filled Champagne Flute.
