How to make a Champagne Flip Cocktail

Brandy | 3/4 oz |
Cointreau Orange Liqueur | 2 - 3 dashes |
Cream | 1/4 oz |
Sugar Syrup | 1/4 oz |
Egg Yolk | 1 |
Champagne | 4 oz |
Nutmeg | 1 pinch |
Preparation
Combine Brandy, Cointreau Orange Liqueur, Cream, Sugar Syrup and Egg Yolk in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well. Strain contents into a Champagne Flute, fill with Champagne. Garnish with Nutmeg.
