How to make a Chartreuse Cocktail

| Yellow Chartreuse | 1 oz |
| Cognac | 1 oz |
| Dry Vermouth | 1/2 oz |
Preparation
Combine Yellow Chartreuse, Cognac and Dry Vermouth in an ice filled mixing glass, stir well. Strain contents into a Cordial Glass, garnish with a maraschino cherry.
