How to make a Chicago Fizz Cocktail
|Light Rum||1 oz|
|Lemon||juice of 1/2|
|Powdered Sugar||1 tsp|
Combine Light Rum, Port, juice of half a Lemon, Sugar and Egg White in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well. Strain contents into a Highball Glass, fill with Carbonated Water and stir.
