Preparation
Combine Vanilla Vodka, Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur, Creme de Cacao and Cocoa Powder in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well. Strain contents into a Cocktail Glass, garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
