How to make a Club Cocktail

Maraschino Liqueur1/2 oz
Pineapple Juice1/2 oz
Peychaud Bitters2 dashes

Preparation

Combine Brandy, Maraschino Liqueur, Pineapple Juice and Peychaud Bitters in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well. Strain contents into a Cocktail Glass, garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a strawberry.
