How to make a Continental Cocktail

| Light Rum | 1 3/4 oz |
| Green Creme de Menthe | 1 1/2 tsp |
| Lime Juice | 1 tbsp |
| Powdered Sugar | 1/2 tsp |
| Lemon Peel | 1 twist |
Preparation
Combine Light Rum, Green Creme de Menthe, Lime Juice and Sugar in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well. Strain contents into a Cocktail Glass, garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
