Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut | 1 can |
Half and Half | 1 pint |
Pineapple Juice | 1 qt |
Pineapple | 1 can |
Honey | 2 - 4 tsp |
Ice | 2 lb |
Preparation
Combine Bacardi Light Rum, Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut, Half and Half, Pineapple Chunks, Pineapple Juice and Honey in a Blender, blend well. Pour contents into an ice filled Cocktail Glass.
