How to make a Crimson Sunset Cocktail

Lemon Juice2 tsp
Grenadine Syrup1/2 tsp
Tawny Port1/2 oz

Preparation

Combine Gin and Lemon Juice in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well. Strain contents into a Cocktail Glass, add the Grenadine Syrup to the centre of the drink and float the Tawny Port on top.
