How to make a Dry Rob Roy Cocktail

| Scotch Whisky | 2 1/2 oz |
| Dry Vermouth | 1 1/2 tsp |
| Lemon Peel | 1 twist |
Preparation
Combine Scotch Whisky and Dry Vermouth in an ice filled mixing glass, stir well. Strain contents into a Cocktail Glass, garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
