How to make a Du Barry Cocktail
| Ingredient | Quantity |

| Gin | 1 1/2 oz |
| Dry Vermouth | 3/4 oz |
| Anisette Liqueur | 1/2 tsp |
| Bitters | 1 dash |
| Orange | 1 slice |
Preparation
Combine Gin, Dry Vermouth, Anis Liqueur and Bitters in an ice filled mixing glass, stir well. Strain contents into a Cocktail Glass and garnish with a slice of orange.
