How to make a French Colada Cocktail

White Rum1 1/2 oz
Cognac3/4 oz
Creme de Cassis1/4 oz
Pineapple Juice1 1/2 oz
Coconut Cream3/4 oz
Cream3/4 oz


Combine White Rum, Cognac, Creme de Cassis, Pineapple Juice, Coconut Cream and Cream in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well. Strain contents into a crushed ice filled Highball Glass, garnish with a chunk of pineapple.
