How to make a French Colada Cocktail

| White Rum | 1 1/2 oz |
| Cognac | 3/4 oz |
| Creme de Cassis | 1/4 oz |
| Pineapple Juice | 1 1/2 oz |
| Coconut Cream | 3/4 oz |
| Cream | 3/4 oz |
Preparation
Combine White Rum, Cognac, Creme de Cassis, Pineapple Juice, Coconut Cream and Cream in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well. Strain contents into a crushed ice filled Highball Glass, garnish with a chunk of pineapple.
