How to make a Greek Buck Cocktail

Brandy1 1/2 oz
Ouzo Anise Liqueur1 tsp
Lemon Juice2 tsp
Ginger Ale


Combine Brandy and Lemon Juice in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a Collins Glass, almost fill with Ginger Ale and briefly stir, layer Ouzo Anise Liqueur on top.
