How to make a Green Fizz Cocktail

| Green Creme de Menthe | 1 tsp |
| Lemon | juice of 1/2 |
| Powdered Sugar | 1 tsp |
| Egg White | 1 |
| Carbonated Water | |
Preparation
Combine Gin, Green Creme de Menthe, juice of half a Lemon, Sugar and Egg White in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a Highball Glass, fill with Carbonated Water and briefly stir.
