How to make a Harry's Cocktail

Sweet Vermouth1 oz
Absinthe Herbal Liqueur2 dashes
Gin2 oz

Preparation

Muddle two mint sprigs with Sweet Vermouth and Absinthe Herbal Liqueur in a Cocktail Shaker, add ice and Gin, shake well and strain contents into a Cocktail Glass, garnish with a sprig of mint and an olive.
