How to make a Hilgert Cocktail

| Dry Vermouth | 1 oz |
| Gin | 3/4 oz |
| Maraschino Liqueur | 1/2 tsp |
| Grapefruit Juice | 1 tsp |
| Bitters | 1 dash |
Preparation
Combine Dry Vermouth, Gin, Maraschino Liqueur, Grapefruit Juice and Bitters in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a Cocktail Glass.
