How to make a Jamaica Fever Cocktail

Brandy3/4 oz
Dark Rum1 1/2 oz
Pineapple Juice1 1/2 oz
Mango Syrup3/4 oz
Lemon Juice3/4 oz

Preparation

Combine Brandy, Dark Rum, Pineapple Juice, Mango Syrup and Lemon Juice in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a crushed ice filled Highball Glass, garnish with a pineapple chunk and a maraschino cherry.
