How to make a Jean Lafitte Cocktail

| Gin | 1 1/2 oz |
| Triple Sec | 1/4 oz |
| Powdered Sugar | 1/2 tsp |
| Egg Yolk | 1 |
| Lemon Juice | 1/4 - 3/4 oz |
| Anisette Liqueur | 1 dash |
Preparation
Combine Gin, Triple Sec, Sugar, Egg Yolk, Lemon Juice and Anisette in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a Cocktail Glass.
