How to make a Lizbuth Cocktail

| Amaretto Almond Liqueur | 1/2 oz |
| Coconut Cream | 1/2 oz |
| Pineapple Juice | 1 oz |
| Half and Half | 2 oz |
Preparation
Combine Light Rum, Amaretto Almond Liqueur, Coconut Cream, Pineapple Juice and Half and Half in an ice filled Blender, blend well and pour contents into a Collins Glass, garnish with a maraschino cherry.
