How to make a Louisiana Lullaby Cocktail

| Grand Marnier Orange Liqueur | 3 drops |
Preparation
Combine Dark Rum, Dubonnet Rouge Vermouth and Grand Marnier Orange Liqueur in an ice filled mixing glass, stir well and strain contents into a Cocktail Glass, garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
