How to make a New Orleans Fizz Cocktail

| Cream | 1/4 oz |
| Orange Flower Water | 1 dash |
| Sugar Syrup | 1/4 - 3/4 oz |
| Powdered Sugar | 1/2 tsp |
| Egg White | 1 |
| Lemon Juice | 1 oz |
Preparation
Combine Gin, Cream, Orange Flower Water, Sugar Syrup, Sugar, Egg White and Lemon Juice in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into an ice filled Collins Glass.
