How to make a North Pole Cocktail

| Gin | 1 oz |
| Maraschino Liqueur | 1/2 oz |
| Lemon Juice | 1/2 oz |
| Egg White | 1 |
| Whipped Cream | 1 1/2 oz |
Preparation
Combine Gin, Maraschino Liqueur, Lemon Juice and Egg White in an ice filled Cocktail shaker, shake well and strain contents into a Cocktail Glass, layer Whipped Cream on top.
