How to make a Passion Fruit Mojito Cocktail

| Passion Fruit Puree | 25 ml |

| Crushed Ice | 2/3 of a glass |
Preparation
Muddle Lime Wedges and Lime Leaves with Sugar and Soda Water in an Old Fashioned Glass, add ice, Passion Fruit Puree and Havana Club 3 Anos Rum, stir well and garnish with a sprig of mint.
