How to make a Pineapple Currant Cocktail

Dark Rum | 1 1/2 oz |
Creme de Cassis | 1/2 oz |
Dry Vermouth | 1/2 oz |
Pineapple Juice | 1 3/4 oz |
Club Soda | 6 - 8 oz |
Preparation
Combine Dark Rum, Creme de Cassis, Dry Vermouth and Pineapple Juice in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a Cocktail Glass, fill with Club Soda and briefly stir.
