How to make a Real Sazerac Cocktail

Sugarcube1 tsp
Water1 tsp
Peychaud Bitters3 dashes
Bourbon Whiskey2 oz
Lemon Twist1
Herbsaint Liqueur

Preparation

Coat the inside of a chilled Old Fashioned Glass with Herbsaint Liqueur, pour out any excess. Muddle Sugar with Water and Peychaud Bitters in a mixing glass, add ice and Sazerac Rye Bourbon Whiskey, stir well and strain contents into the Old Fashioned Glass, garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
