How to make a Renaissance Cocktail

| Dry Sherry | 1/2 oz |
| Light Cream | 1 tbsp |
Preparation
Combine Gin, Dry Sherry and Light Cream in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a Cocktail Glass, garnish with nutmeg.
