How to make a Riley Cocktail

| Mount Gay Eclipse Barbados Rum | 1 oz |
| Cointreau Orange Liqueur | 1/2 oz |
| Lemon Juice | 1/2 oz |
| Orange Juice | 1/2 oz |
| Lime Juice | 1/2 oz |
| Creme de Cassis | 1 dash |
| Raspberry Syrup | 1 dash |
Preparation
Combine Mount Gay Eclipse Barbados Rum, Cointreau Orange Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Orange Juice, Lime Juice and Creme de Cassis in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a Cocktail Glass, add Raspberry Syrup and garnish with a slice of lime.
