How to make a Royalty Fizz Cocktail

| Gin | 2 oz |
| Lemon Juice | 1 oz |
| Blue Curacao Liqueur | 1/2 tsp |
| Superfine Sugar | 1 tsp |
| Egg | 1 |
| Club Soda | 3 oz |
Preparation
Combine Gin, Lemon Juice, Blue Curacao Liqueur and Egg in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a Collins Glass, add Club Soda and briefly stir.
