How to make a Scotch Bird Flyer Cocktail

Light Cream | 1 oz |

Preparation
Combine Scotch Whisky, Triple Sec, Light Cream, Sugar and Egg Yolk in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a Champagne Flute.
