Preparation
Combine Coconut Rum, Triple Sec, Lime Juice and Grenadine Syrup in a Cocktail Glass, almost fill with 7Up Soda and briefly stir, add Irish Cream to the middle of the drink, garnish with a slice of lime and a slice of lemon.
