How to make a Singapore Sling (Raffles Hotel) Cocktail

Heering Cherry Liqueur | 1/2 ml |
Pineapple Juice | 4 ml |
Lime Juice | 1/2 ml |
Cointreau Orange Liqueur | 1/4 ml |
Benedictine Herbal Liqueur | 1/4 ml |
Grenadine Syrup | 1 - 2 tsp |
Angostura Bitters | 1 dash |
Preparation
Combine Gin, Heering Cherry Liqueur, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Cointreau Orange Liqueur, Benedictine Herbal Liqueur, Grenadine Syrup and Angostura Bitters in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a Collins Glass, garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
