How to make a Singapore Sling (Raffles Hotel) Cocktail

Heering Cherry Liqueur1/2 ml
Pineapple Juice4 ml
Lime Juice1/2 ml
Cointreau Orange Liqueur1/4 ml
Benedictine Herbal Liqueur1/4 ml
Grenadine Syrup1 - 2 tsp
Angostura Bitters1 dash

Preparation

Combine Gin, Heering Cherry Liqueur, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Cointreau Orange Liqueur, Benedictine Herbal Liqueur, Grenadine Syrup and Angostura Bitters in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a Collins Glass, garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
