How to make a Stockholm 75 Cocktail

| Vodka | 1 1/2 oz |
| Superfine Sugar | 2 tsp |
| Lemon Juice | 1 1/2 oz |
| Champagne | 4 ozchilled |
| Orange Peel | 1 twist |
Preparation
Combine Vodka, Sugar and Lemon Juice in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a Cocktail Glass, add Champagne and briefly stir, garnish with a twist of orange peel.
