How to make a Strawberry Cream Cocktail

| Caster Sugar | 1 tsp |
| Strawberry Ice Cream | 2 tbsp |
Preparation
Combine Gin, Strawberry Puree, Lemon Juice, Sugar and Strawberry Ice Cream in a Blender, blend until smooth and pour contents into a Wine Goblet, garnish with a sugar coated strawberry.
