How to make a Supreme Cocktail

| Gin | 1 1/2 oz |
| Peach Brandy | 3/4 oz |
| Orange Juice | 3/4 oz |
| Egg White | 1 tsp |
| Angostura Bitters | 1 dash |
Preparation
Combine Gin, Peach Brandy, Orange Juice, Egg White and Angostura Bitters in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a crushed ice filled Champagne Flute.
