How to make a Typhoon Cocktail

| Champagne | chilled |
| Gin | 1 oz |
| Anisette Liqueur | 1/2 oz |
| Lime Juice | 1 oz |
Preparation
Combine Gin, Anisette and Lime Juice in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into an ice filled Collins Glass, fill with Champagne and gently stir.
