How to make a Valencia #2 Cocktail

Apricot Brandy1/2 oz
Orange Juice1 ozfresh
Orange Bitters2 dashes
Champagne

Preparation

Combine Apricot Brandy, Orange Juice and Orange Bitters in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a Champagne Flute, fill with Champagne and gently stir, garnish with a twist of flamed orange peel.
