How to make a Venus Rum Cocktail

| White Rum | 1 1/2 oz |
| Apricot Brandy | 1 oz |
| Triple Sec | 1/2 oz |
| Lime Juice | 1/2 oz |
| Soda Water | 1 oz |
Preparation
Combine White Rum, Apricot Brandy, Triple Sec and Lime Juice in an ice filled Cocktail Shaker, shake well and strain contents into a broken ice filled Old Fashioned Glass, add Soda Water and briefly stir, garnish with a slice off starfruit.
